Why this job is exciting


As a Software Engineer, you will…

  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical specifications;
  • Design software services and contracts based on the enterprise standard model;
  • Communicate software requirements with other departments;
  • Analyze large amounts of user data to identify user needs using Natural Language Processing (NLP) using Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, NLTK, Gensim;
  • Research and analyze information, including technical papers, to train and deploy Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) models for the company’s proprietary software systems;
  • Train, validate and test the A.I. models using Scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Keras, Matplotlib;
  • Design, architect, develop, and modify software systems and infrastructures around the A.I. models using Python, C/C++, Javascript, Flask, Sqlalchemy, Pytest, Numpy, Pandas, Scikitlearn, OpenCV;
  • Determine system and model performance benchmarks;
  • Develop testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation for the A.I. models;
  • Modify existing software to correct errors, propose system improvements and/or enhancements;
  • Document system contracts, release notes, performance metrics of the services and coverage of the tests;
  • Create and execute regression suite after release or maintenance activities;
  • Manage the software development process using the Agile framework, methodology and Kanban suite;
  • Implement continuous deployment of code and model with robust feedback and automated pipelines using Git.


Requirements

  • Masters degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
